Your enquiry

We use your name, email address and property details to respond and discuss a possible instruction. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. We do not add you to a marketing list.

“Send enquiry” sends your details to hello@offshootuk.com through Google Workspace. Choosing “Use email instead” opens a draft in your email app for you to send.

Enquiries received by email are handled by our team in Google Workspace. We keep them while discussing your property and for as long as needed for an agreed instruction or relevant legal obligations. Please include only information needed for that conversation.

Using this website

Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions before delivering them through Google Workspace. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Images and fonts are served with the website.

Our hosting provider processes technical information such as network addresses, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the site. Form requests are limited to help prevent abuse. Our application does not log enquiry content or store it in a website database.

Our providers may process information outside the UK, using applicable data-transfer safeguards. Read Vercel’s privacy policy and Google Workspace’s data-processing terms for details.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can also request a portable copy of your data. Contact hello@offshootuk.com or call 0333 344 6962.

You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. External sites, including Interim Spaces and your email provider, have their own privacy information.
